Hi, I’m Lisa.
Since I was five years old, I’ve felt a clear calling to lead, encourage, and champion others. Even at a young age, I knew my purpose was to help people live life to the fullest, deeply aligned with their unique mission, while pouring love into everyone who crossed my path. Every step of my journey I’ve looked for opportunities to do just that.

Faith, family, and a life of purpose.
At my core, I am a person of deep faith. It is the anchor of my life and my north star in everything I do… personally, professionally, and everywhere in between. My love for people and my passion for this work flow directly from that foundation. Just like you, I wear plenty of titles: wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. I was raised in the Midwest by an incredible family, and my husband and I spent the last decade in Colorado, exploring the Rocky Mountains every chance we got.
I absolutely love to travel, mostly because I feel the Lord’s presence so deeply in the beauty of the sights and the people I meet along the way. But it was the birth of my son that changed everything for me. He reminded me to run fully after my dreams and the calling on my life, because I want him to grow up knowing that he can, and should, do the exact same thing.
MY EXPERIENCE
Leadership, lived.
I’ve truly been a student of leadership for as long as I can remember. My path has taken me from the discipline of captaining an NCAA Division I team to the complexity of directing a best-in-class, 30-person Talent Acquisition function for one of the top pediatric healthcare organizations in the country. I’ve led in both corporate and non-profit spaces, for-profit organizations, and ministerial roles.
